Joseph, a CFP® Candidate, is also extremely unique in that he holds 10+ registrations, licenses, and designations across ALL major asset classes (including cryptoassets) and risk management schemas. His licenses, registrations and designations include: FINRA Series 65 Registered Investment Advisor, Certified Digital Asset Advisor (CDAA™), Real Estate and Real Estate Instruction licensure, and the prestigious American National Standards Institute accredited AIF® designation.
For over 25 years, he has provided asset & portfolio management, risk management, strategic planning, real estate acquisition, negotiation, project management, technical training, and consulting to Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T, Citibank, Nokia, T-Mobile, Cisco & Verizon, totaling over $250 million of customer portfolios & engagements.
On a Sunday morning in the summer, Joseph can be found jogging in a magical breeze. In the winter, you will find him reading a book by the fireplace. If you’ve looked in both of those places and he’s nowhere to be found, he is most likely with family, traveling, or pondering the universe.

Cynthia is a real estate consultant and paraplanner supporting Joseph Stacy, AIF®. Jane has a passion for real estate and comprehensive financial planning that involves looking at the entire picture from top-to-bottom, addressing blind spots.
When Cynthia is not at work, she enjoys being in the great outdoors, rigorously training for and competing in long-distance trail running events and relaxing over a cup of tea.

Stephen Carvelli
Stephen is the marketing & client experience manager at Meranti Capital Partners. The satisfaction he finds in wealth management comes from his experiences in helping clients, leading teams, and seeing growth in colleagues, as well as the success and development of our firm. As a passionate real estate investor and Principal Broker in 25 states, Stephen has 40+ years of experience in sales, leasing, building, development, commercial real estate, insurance, and mortgage lending. He is also the principal and founder of Street & Curb Media based in Fredericksburg, VA.
Stephen holds the prestigious ARELLO CDEI™ (Certified Distance Education Instructor) credential, is a licensed real estate instructor and holds P&C licenses in multiple states. He enjoys numismatics, travel, hiking and resides in Sarasota, FL.

Stephanie Lang
Stephanie is our manager for client experience & customer care, leading the organization in its voice of the customer program and customer experience strategy.
Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of systems, processes and organizational infrastructures within the software development space. Before joining Meranti Capital Partners, she held leadership roles in software implementation, delivery and customer support at Nokia.
Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys playing tennis and practicing yoga. Her favorite travel destination has been Aruba’s sun-soaked beaches, and her favorite TV show will forever remain the classic sitcom Friends.
